Adding Icon right after the last word

Hi,
What would be the best way to add the icon inline and right after the last word? I’m currently doing via Tax(adv) block, but it adds the icon outside the heading block, so I added some margins via css to bring it closer, but I found that the distance between the last word and the icon varies depending on the screen size and sometimes even overlaps if I change margins. Is there a way for it to have a fixed position in relation to the last word?
