Adding image to header

Hello,

I would like at add an image to the header for select pages. The image should be directly below the primary menu, but above the page title. I tried using “display: none” for the title, and adding the headline to the page text, but the image does not line up with the bottom of the menu.

Here is the look I am trying to replicate:
