Adding Links to the FAQ Markup

Hi.
Id like to automatically add a link at the end of every answer in the faq-markup.
THat makes it possible for the user, whenever he opens an faq in the google search results, to click on that link and get directly to the article.
The linktext should always be the same and the link should be just the link to the article-url.
Something like this: <a href='*Login to see link here to read more</a>
To make this work, you have to use ‘ instead of ” for the a href. Is there a way to implement this easily?
It would also be an awesome feature for your theme!
