Adding Pinterest “Follow” button to site

In considering placement of the Pinterest “Follow” button to my site, I would like to add it to the topbar.
You can see why this is a logical place at easyecoclean.com.
Is there an easy and reasonable way to do this?
If not, what other suggestions do you have for placement?
