Adding text right to the logo image

I would like to achieve the same thing as done here or here with virtue.
That is on the logo/header I would like to have [logo-image] website name. However, in Pinnacle there is no such “widget next to logo” style option. Any other way? (except burning the text into the logo image)
I tried to fiddle around with #logo:before css but was not successful. Also I do not know if this would be a way to go (should work on mobile and retina equally good).
PS Website is still in “Coming soon mode”, so I cannot post a link.
