additonal staff grids?

Hello I am new to wordpress and finding my way around. So sorry if this is a simple question!
I am using your theme for a diving club and I am using the staff grid for the coaches. But I need to have another one for the committee members, but how do I duplicate the staff grid and use that for this purpose?
Or…
Is there a way if I add the committee members to the staff grid but have a separate area to show just the people I want rather than displaying all the people in the staff grid?
