Adjusitng image size in portfolio archive.

Hi Team,
I have a portfolio archive at *Login to see link
All the screenshots are set to be square 270x270px. Is there a setting that will change all of these to show the full aspect ratio? The original images are 1200×900 so 4:3 is needed.
