A few things:

1) I need a uniform header background in all pages, preferably 180px in height that allows the image under Products (for example) the same as in Home.
2) The menu and logo have to be adjusted further down the water wave (as it shows under Products) about 80-100px down? (not sure)
3) The logo has to be moved a bit further right nearer the menu, about 5-10px from the left
4) Minimalize the padding between the menu words, ideally about 5px apart
5) How do I remove the transparent bar in the header when scrolling down on a page?
