After Update Backend does not Work

After updating to the new version of WordPress I am not able to login into the backend. I get only blanc pages or error messages like this:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 62914560 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /homepages/xx/xxxxxxxxxx/htdocs/clickandbuilds/xxxxxxxxxxxxx/wp-content/themes/pinnacle_premium/themeoptions/redux/inc/class.redux_api.php on line 374
I can rename the theme folder and my backend is working again. Than I can activate any theme but Pinnacle Premium. If I activate the Pinnacle theme again I get back my theme but loose my backend.
How can I get back my backend again?
