Align column heights within post carousel

Hello! I have a post carousel setup on my homepage. I want all the columns to be the same height without hardcoding a specific column height. I didn’t have any luck finding anything related to this in the settings. Is there some CSS that can accommodate this? I attempted using flexbox although I can’t say I’m very familiar with it. Please see this page for reference.
