Align Social Icon to the right in footer

Can you please tell me how to align my footer?

I am using a two column footer.
I would like the logo to the left on the first column.
On the second column I would like everything aligned to the right, with the footer menu at the top, then social media icons, then the footer copyright underneath that.
How can I change the hover colours of the links in the footer?
Also with the header, I would prefer my social links to appear to the right underneath the header menu. Is there a way of doing this? Can the topbar be put underneath the header? Or just put the social links underneath the menu? I am using Basic with shrink for sticky (love this by the way).
Any help would be appreciated.
