Aligning Widgets Within Top Bar

Good afternoon,

We have added two widgets to the topbar area of our website (www.heyvoyager.com):
1) A small email subscription box
2) Pinnacle social links.

Unfortunately we are experiencing some issues with the spacing and we haven’t been able to figure out the best way to make them align.

We’ve tried unsuccessfully to add HTML/CSS that can center the subscribe box vertically within the topbar as well as bring the pinnacle social links into the topbar area (the green bar). If you have any information or guidance that you can provide, we would be very appreciative.
