All formatting lost with new Version

Hi,
My entire site seems to have lost most (if not all) of its formatting and all of its padding and margin settings, on every object or piece of text after I updated to the latest version of Virtue Premium.
CSS like this placed in CCS Styles in SiteOrigin Editors now appear to be ignored:
padding-left: 5%;
padding-right: 5%;
margin-top: 75px;
margin-bottom: 75px;
Sliders, images and text are incorrectly spaced across the entire site. I’ve managed to change some of the values so get some things to line up like they used to, but can’t restore the rest.
Please advise ASAP as the site was working perfectly before. Logins below.
