Altering Style of Acend Social Links

Hi,
I am trying to ajust the style of the Ascend Social Links used in the header (right hand side) – link below
Ideally, I am looking to adjust the icon size and the padding between the icons and also remove the box surround and remove the hover colour. Are there settings that could do this or would it need code?
