Alternate title background image for mobile for pages other than home page

Hi there, hope to be asking fewer support questions soon as I’m almost done the site I’m working on. 🙂
So, for the home page, I was able to set an alternate title background image for mobile that I made lighter to the title text shows up clearly.
I’d like to do the same for the other pages like our About pages and Blog main page, however, for the life of me, I can’t find where to do this.
Always easier to actually show what is happening, so I made a little one-minute video showing the problem and what I’m trying to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
