API licence key not working after theme update

I had already activated this theme and been using it successfully.
Today, as requested, WordPress told me there was a theme update so I applied it.
Now it is not activated. It will not activate with my code.
Your site also shows now that I have 0 activated out of unlimited where it used to say 1.
Can you resolve asap please.
