Archive pages act like they have a sidebar when the sidebar is turned off.

On my site, *Login to see link , I do not have any sidebar turned on. I have “archives” in one of the bottom widgets. When I go to a month, October 2013, for example, it lists the posts for that month, which is fine. It has a “fixed sidebar” that it embeds, a calendar on the side. Which is “ok” because the user may need to navigate to another month. However, the spacing looks like there is still a sidebar on the far right, even though I have the sidebar turned off for the site. How can I fix this?
