Arrow for sub indicator mobile menu is missing

Hi,
my website is using the latest version of Woocommerce, WordPress, and Virtue premium theme. I have turned on the “Submenu items collapse until opened” option for mobile menu. There is a problem. When I click mobile hamburger menu, then the arrow for submenu indicator is missing.
Although the arrow is missing, when I click on the position where the arrow supposed to be, the arrow will show up and submenu will also appear.

I have done the followings to solve the problem:
1. Turning off all plugins. Result: the problem persist.
2. Make another menu for mobile. Result: the problem still there.
3. Digging virtue support forum to search for the same topic, but no result.
Could you suggest me, what else I can do to solve the problem? Thanks in advance.
