Ascend Checkout Issue

Happy Christmas, hope you can offer some help, I’m experiencing a checkout issue on *Login to see link
Screenshot attached, after placing payment the spinner goes endlessly and doesn’t complete the transaction.
The only way to leave the screen is cancel the order.
I’ve done some plugin on/offs and can’t narrow the issue down, although the Woo error log does show issues with one plug in (checkout issue remains with and without the ActiveDemand plug in).
You guys have full admin login for this site already but let me know if you need anything to get in.
