Authorised users adding posts

I’m building a site where I have a specific client request: at least two authorised users (authors) to be able to add post content.
The posts will comprise title, text, featured image, and one or more images with captions, ideally in a gallery. They will be posted under one or more categories.
I’d like to restrict what these authors can do since I can’t guarantee their tech ability, so have been looking at a form to do this. I’ve had some success with *Login to see link but this only places images inline. Do you know of a form that integrates with Kadence or perhaps suggest another way I can achieve this?
