Background images "moves"

Hello Team,
on my homepage I´ve created with the page builder a full-width row with a background image. Then I´ve inserted the “call-to-action” widget with a link to my contact page. So far, so good.
My problem is, that the background images of the row moves by scrolling the homepage up and down. But the background image should not move, it should stay fix. Could you please help me, where I need to de-activate the “move” feature?
