Bad header menu visualitation if fiexd when scroll to top

Hi,
I have a problem in some websites. The problem is that if I scroll down inside a page and refresh it, and then scroll up to the top, the menu shows as it has text border, or shadow or similar. If you put the mouse over the menu it disappears, but this shouldn’t pass.

In the settings I have fixed all the header. In the example the header is reduced, but in another website I’m developing it has the same height.
I can’t find anything in styles to fixed it. Any help?
