Block Colors Warning Message

I’m receiving a warning message on paragraph blocks that says, “This color combination may be hard for people to read. Try using a brighter background color and/or a darker link color.” However, I’m using black text on a white background with bright blue hyperlinks. I’m not certain why there is an error as it’s very standard text colors. Is there something I’m missing?
