Blog and Blog Full

Sorry me again –
I ended up with about 3 blog pages when I imported the demo content into my own website when I switched to your theme. For some reason I ended up with two “Blog pages” none of which showed any of the photos, and one “Blog Full” page, which does seem to show photos from the posts. I deleted one of the Blog pages because it seemed a duplication, but should I delete the other “blog” page and keep “blog full” as my main and only blog page? Is it ok to change the title to just “Blog” after that?
Any idea why it did that?
