Blog Post Head Content Image (full width)

How can i set the head content image of a blog post in full width?
I can think only two ways.
1) I could change the default max width attribute by editing the theme code. But, there’s gonna be reset when the theme will be updated.
2) Maybe i wanna try with pagebuilder. But, the blog post title will go above the image..
Any other solutions?
