Blue Boxes in Header

I have over 15 sites that add blue boxes below or beside the categories. These boxes are also links. I have attached a few examples. I am using a very simple layout with no additional code for anything. Check out deerdonkey.com, which shows these boxes under the categories and beardonkey.com which shows them off to the side.
I do not see these boxes in test or edit or when viewing the site. But when I use incognito or InPrivate browsing, I see them. Thanks.
