Bluehost and Kadence not working

I have Bluehost, a new site so all clear settings, and I keep getting an error message when I try to use any starter template. I have pro and the plugins all installed fine. The page when trying a starter templaye says Error installing, try again later.
The actual error when I look it up is an auto index error (no matching directory index). Bluehost can’t figure it out and I’ve been sitting on a ticket with Kadence (not sure of their normal timeline). I feel like I can’t be the only one with this issue since everything is baseline with both a popular hosting site AND theme!
