Border or solid line under topbar above logo

Hi Ben

Quick one – how to add a solid 2px (or whatever) line under the topbar (touching it) on the same level/layer as the topbar? Could it be achieved by some sort of bottom border to the top bar?

eg lets say you wanted a solid black line under the blue bit at the top – how is that achieved?

Also an extension of the above – if one wanted to add 2 or more such lines with different colours how is that done?
