Brand and the Shrink Header

Hi, just a quick question about the site header options, I’m trying to create padding on a logo I’m uploading. I’m having to use css to turn the whole Site Header semi-transparent white, but not a big issue, just thought it weird with the transparent header option switched off the site header section is still transparent, I’ve tried turning everything off in there to no avail. Anyway, I’m not able to get padding on the bottom of my logo in the header shrink method, as I’ve chosen the shrink header and once the page is scrolled the header shrinks and turns white, but the border is right up against the logo, I really don’t like that, is there a way to change that and get some padding around the logo/brand?
