Bulleted list without bullets

I’ve created a bulleted list within a Visual Editor widget, but the bullets aren’t appearing, just the list of items. If I change it to an ordered list, the numbers do indeed appear. I’m soooo confused. The page is HERE.

UPDATE:
I cloned this page to create another like it, and before changing a thing the bullets show up in the list on the new page! Now I’m really confused. This probably means I have a work-around, but I don’t know if you care to look at this and see what went wrong on the first page.
