Button Appearing on New Page

I”ve purchased Pinnacle to set up a new blog–so I’m just getting into it. I’m getting some sort of strange button appearing on a new page I’m creating. When I “Inspect Element” I see this code: <div class=”col-md-2 kad-call-sitewide-button-case”>
