button opening in new tab even though unchecked to not

Hi team!
Hope you guys are having a nice weekend!
I have a ‘shop now’ button in my home page that seems to be acting up. I had initially set to open in a new tab but have since changed it to open in the same tab but it is still sometimes opening up in a new tab & then sometimes it’ll be good and open in the same tab..
Is there a bug? Is there any way I can fix this?
