Can I add Meta Tags directly from Kadence theme?

So, I was wondering if I could add meta tags directly from Kadence.
I use rank math, and most of the top SE meta tags can be directly added, but for others.
I do not want extra plugins and wonder if I could do that directly from Kadence themes and plugins.
