Can I create columns beneath a slider on a full screen page?

Hi, I’m trying to create a list in three columns underneath a slider on a full screen page in the Virtue theme. There’s a header, and a slider, then I’d like to have 3 columns with links in them. I tried the “page builder” and added rows with three equal divisions, and added widgets to each trying to achieve this effect, but after two rows it gets wonky.
