Can one image link to many in lightbox mode?

Is it possible to link directly from one single image, to lightbox mode and there show many images?
To use the lightbox instead of a slider?

Now I found the Slider mode in the Virtue gallery widget.
Is it possible to not show the arrows in the slider and only use the lightbox?
