Cannot install Virtue Premium from zip file

I get the a message when trying to install Premium 3.1.4 –
Screen that displays ‘Are you sure you want to do this? and then below the message a link that says ‘Please try again’..
The install does not happen… and the same process just repeats.
Using WordPress with WAMP.
