Cannot Install Virtue Premium

I follow the instructions as per the tutorial but when I reach step 6, my screen looks much different than the screen in the tutorial (for some reason I can’t paste a screen shot).
The screen reads:
No Kadence Theme activated. If you are using a child theme please activate the Parent Theme to import demo content.
The plugin is activated so I am not sure why I am getting this message on the tools screen.
