Would be very grateful of any advice:

I have purchased Pinnacle Premium and use these features already on another website and want to use the theme on a new website but can’t activate some of the plug ins on new website. When I click on Install for the Kadence Slider and PageBuilder by Origin PlugIns, the install fails with these messages

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. /www1/948/www.lti-client2.co.uk/web/wp-content/plugins/kadence-slider/

Plugin install failed.

But I can’t find the plug in and it says it isn’t installed

Help!!!
