Cant activate Virtue/Pinacle Toolkit

Hi,
I cant activate the toolkit. I get the following error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare kad_columnhelper_function() (previously declared in /srv/users/serverpilot/apps/wordpress/public/wp-content/themes/pinnacle_premium/lib/kad_shortcodes/general_shortcodes.php:664) in /srv/users/serverpilot/apps/wordpress/public/wp-content/plugins/virtue-toolkit/shortcodes.php on line 277
Anyone knows what to do?
