Can't find CTA section

Hello – I’m rather embarrassed to asked but after hunting for 10 minutes I can’t for the life of me figure out how to edit this CTA strip on the bottom of the pages between the footer widgets and page content: *Login to see link
See “Thinking of Buying or selling…” It’s on every page. I looked at pages, widgets, theme customization, pinnacle settings.. Can’t seem to locate it.
