Can't import demo content

Demo content is not fully imported. I cannot see slider and footer.
The error: Some items may not have completely installed. PLease check your site if your are missing content you can re-click the “import demo content” button. Do this until the import is complete.
My php.ini:
max_execution_time 300
memory_limit 256M
upload_max_filesize 128M
