Can’t Install a PRO Theme

I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong, I can’t install any PRO theme, it says I have to have PRO Plugins activated and the license also activated.
As you can see, I activated my license for Kadence
And have the plugins installed
I tried deactivating, reainstalling and nothing…
