Can't install plugins for upgraded account

Please help just installed the Premium virtue account which appears ok. Then tried to install the following two required plugins – but got the following error message below.
Installing Plugin Cyclone Slider Pro (1/2)

An error occurred while installing Cyclone Slider Pro: Download failed. Failure when receiving data from the peer.
Installing Plugin Revolution Slider (2/2)
Downloading install package from *Login to see link
An error occurred while installing Revolution Slider: Download failed. Failure when receiving data from the peer.
All installations have been completed.
