Can't make my pages center?

Hi folks,

I wonder to know how should i center my page content?
When I check the element of my CSS,
it seems there is a empty “ktsidebar” in the right side of my pages.
I don’t know how to remove it.

Also if i remove this sidebar, i can center all content in my page?
