can’t play video in Hero on mobile (iOS)

Hey,
i got a Hero-Section and Background-Video in the Row-element with a transparent Header on top of it (*Login to see link
works fine on desktop but not on mobile (can only test on Safari, iOS, Iphone X). I know that autoplay will not always work on mobile (it does work when i start to build this site – pretty shure) but now it is just the thumbnail with the Play-Button on top of it but nothing will happen when i try to press play. Seems like something overlays the play-button. Is there a way to force autoplay meanwhile on mobile? Alternatively hiding the Play-Button and just showing the Placeholder-Image would be also fine for me.
