Cart Display on mobile devices

Is there any way to relocate the cart icon from the topbar to mani navigation inbetween logo and hamburger menue?

I actually have a sitewide shop notice with dates for xmas delivery
Beneath that there ist the cart icon. when i scroll the cart icon disappears and just becomes visible again when the user is scrolling to the top.
I am looking for a smart integration where the carticon (direct link to cart) is always visible.
An suggestions?
