center align images in all posts

Hi
Is there a way to center align all the images in all posts by default? (unless individually moved within a post)
I changed to Kadence from an old theme and the images were smaller. Now they are all aligned to the left in my posts, which looks strange.
Also, whenever I put a new image in a post, it has a black border which I have to remove manually in the settings. Is there a way to change the default setting to no border?
