center top menu and secondary menu

Hi I am trying to make the page look like this layout

My problems are:
1. Centering the top bar and secondary menu and tighten up padding between them
2. Getting the images in the left and right column to align to the bottom of the row (using virtueimage widget in pagebuilder). I tried to fake it by adding 2 Site Origin Editor widgets above the image widget, and just not putting anything in them. Is ther a better way.
3. I added a custom menu widget in a row to achieve the “bottom menu” (Learn more about Barbara; What to Expect). How do I style it so that it looks like my layout?(which would mean centered, one line, yellow hover)
