Change color of single option on Secondary Menu

If I wanted to change the color of a single item on my secondary menu, would there be a clean way about doing this?
I would like to change only the single “request a free sample” link red. Because it is a menu generated via wordpress, I am not sure how I would go about doing this with out either altering the menu.php to have an additional style tag (not really sure if that is feasible). or maybe there is a simple CSS style that would just go in with your advanced styling area?
