Change Mini Cart icon on Virtue theme

Hello,
I am trying to change the Mini Cart icon, currently located in the top right section of my header, as seen here – *Login to see link
The icon there now is kt-icon-bag, I would like to change it to kt-icon-cart.
Can you please help me accomplish this, thanks!
